Within my design processes it is essential to learn about user behaviour, their needs and pain points. This data-driven approach supports me in making informed decisions which lead to an enhanced overall user satisfaction.
Design Thinking
As an IBM certified design thinking coach, I use design thinking as a mindset and apply methodologies in collaboration with customers and colleagues. It’s no miracle cure – but it helps me on my path to the solution.
